Chestnut Flats

What has long been known as the Dream on Futon building will soon be completely renovated into a 37 unit apartment building with two retail spaces occupying the street level. The apatments will be a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Working with the ownerswe have decided to save what we can of the existing building rather than waste what is there now. Over the past year we have workedwith the CIty of Bellingham planners and designed what everyone feels will be a building that fits the character of downtown Bellingham.
