Drayton Harbor Home
This project is new and exciting for everyone involved. We are currently in the preliminary design phase, working out final floor plans and soon will start
finalizing a permit ready plan set. From the beginning the goal for this home was to minimize it's carbon footprint and attain a LEED certification. This will
be achieved through the use of renewable materials, solar panels, concrete heat transfer walls and site placement. The greenest part of this home is the
fact that the entire framing and interior package will be completely constructed at Viceroy Homes and assembled on site. The construction at the
manufacturing plant is 90% automated and a full house package leaves only 2% construction waste. We are hoping this house is the first of many that
will be designed and built this way leading us into the future of greener design and building.
