Jersey Street Apartment Project
Fuller Building Design has been working with the owners of this project from it's inception. We are converting three existing single family parcels into one.
The houses that exist now are in disrepair and have been attracting the wrong attention. The new building, when completed, will be four stories in height
with approximitly 18,000 Sq. Ft. of residential units, 1,200 Sq. Ft. of retail/business space, under building parking and ample useable surrounding space.
The first steps of the process have already happened over the last few months. Our first task was to present our concept to the neighborhood and gain
approval of the community first. The majority of the meeting attendees responded quite well to the preliminary design and were pleased to see something
new and fresh coming to their neighborhood. The second step, going through design review with the city planners, went over without a hitch. There were
only positive comments and the OK to continue was given.
The final steps toward a complete design have begun and we should have an idea of a completion date soon. Keep checking back for updates.
