Samish Way Urban Village

This project is in the preliminary design phase. The City of Bellingham Planning Department is in the process of determining
zoning and land use requirements. Once that phase is complete we can begin working with the developer to determine unit
layouts, space planning and make this conceptual site layout a reality.
