Ferndale Office Renovation

This project goes far above the standard office tenant improvement. The plan is to create a second level of office space totalling 11,000 square feet of added office space. All construction is planned to be completed while the existing tenants are working in thefloor below. This will be accomplished by creating a steel skeleton and building a new floor and roof above the existing singlelevel office space. Working closely with the owners, structural and geotechnical engineers we hope to break ground by next spring
